Managed account structure

A managed account that remains in your name.

TruePoint Capital is a managed mandates program for private clients. You open and fund your own account with MultiBank Group. TruePoint then manages the portfolio under a defined risk mandate and limited trade-only authority.

Custody and portfolio management remain separate.

You retain independent access to balances, holdings, trade history and broker statements throughout the mandate. TruePoint cannot withdraw or transfer your funds.

Your account remains under your control.

Professional discretion is separated from custody. That distinction shapes every part of the TruePoint model.

    Open directly with MultiBank Group in your own name. Your capital stays inside your regulated brokerage account.

  2. Limited mandate

    TruePoint may place trades in line with your selected mandate. It cannot withdraw or transfer funds.

  3. Verify directly

    Review your balance, positions, trade history and statements through the broker at any time.

How the high-water mark prevents double charging.

Your regulated UAE brokerage account is opened directly in your name with MultiBank Group. You receive independent statements, transparent execution reporting and direct visibility of balances and holdings. TruePoint manages trades only—it never takes custody or controls withdrawals.
